Did any model cabrios come with Recaros from factory?

Its a gun metal grey ish H plate and up for sale. Ive been informed it has an original recaro interior although i havent seen it as yet, can this be justified, ie is there a certain "rare" model with this option?

All Mk1 Golf seats are made by Recaro  :wink:

Only Sportline cabrios say "Recaro" on them though!

yes I expected that answer   But what colours were the sportlines available in? The feedback i have had on this vehicle does indeed come from someone with experience in the aircooled varieties. He insists the seats are different to the standard issue recaros in the gti cabrio edition.  :dontknow:

Sportlines are all black with a red check running up them  

so what are the red ones? My guess is therefore its probably been a complete interior exchange. I suppose i will have to go view the car to clarify  :roll:

Sellers say the funniest things, when they advertise a car. Probably an interior swap or simply that the car has sports seats (a common option in cabbys, in fact many of them came with sports seats as standard). The shape of the seat is different to the plain one, it has side contours like the GTI, but will be trimmed with softer sides.
