Dashboard speedo / clock wanted

The digital display on my clocks has stopped working. It sits there and says 31:35 at me. The button on the wiper stalk does nothing, are these numbers a fault code or is it nackered???

If it is broken does anyone have a set of GTI clocks for sale? f]preferably for a 1992 karmann cabriolet? or even just the digital display?

any advice much appreciated
