cut and weld

hi,need some price advice please

i have a cabriolet,the back drivers side panel under the roof has rusted and large holes have appeared,also  round filler cap has rusted where screws are and on the rear corner is a vertical dent approx 3-4 inches,my question(s)is can this all be cut out as one and another bit welded on?and how much would this be likly to cost

If the filler cap area has gone, then the inner wing (actually a panel in the middle of 3 panels) will undoubtedly have corroded too. This would need to be repaired in a series of steps, not in one go. Its quite a lot of work to do it properly, if you're paying someone to do it then I imagine they'd want to see it and inspect it properly before giving a price. Think in terms of £300-800 though, as a rough guess???
