Clear/see through dials
Does anyone remember the MK1 Golf (quite a while ago, mid to late '90s iirc) that had clear/see through swatch style dials. Can you remember who built it, or even better got pictures of the car and its dials?
The car was either apricot coloured or pale blue (I think, definitely pastel colour) It was featured in either Max Power or Fast Car mag iirc

i had ago at a few panels after that but couldnt get it right, i did make some dials for my mk2 without any markings on em, they looked quite good, downside was you couldnt always tell how fast you were going lol
if you could get a set of clocks cheap enough, why not have a go at making some yourself, If i remember correctly the black dial should peel off after removing the needle and stopper, just make sure you mark where it stops after removing stopper (or needle rest ) if you dont your speedo will be miles out, and make sure you show us your results
