Cleaning bumpers

Whats the best way you have found to bring the plastics bumpers back to life, what products etc

auto glym bumper care and plenty of elbow grease. or back to black plastic restorer. for the b to b stuff you whip it on and leave it for 5 mins then buff it off.

peanut butter is ment to work well too.

i used a heat cun then back to black works well ,just take the bumpers of first lol

liquid kiwi shoe polish, in the bottles with a brush on top

The only way you're going to get those bumpers to look like new is to spray them with Halfords bumper spray.

DITO  its bloomin good gear, esp as it is so easy to apply !!!

a good scrub with a stiff brush first, then some boot polish…
either that or dont wash your car then no one will notice the bumpers.. :mrgreen:  :mrgreen:  :mrgreen:

or do as i did and just take em off…

peanut butter !!! best to use is the sunpat smooth stuff brings them up good !!!! no jokes !!

shoe polish i find that morrisons 99p is gr8

Normal boot polish.

Kiwi works a treat.

Just takes alot of the stuff, stays nice for a while though..

clean it all up so there's no crap on it, use a heat gun, dont get too close or it'll melt it, so it brings the black pigment back and then use a bumper care of your choice, i recommend autoglym stuff

good wash with soapy water then megs all season dressing...........give it half an hour then buff off, does plastics great and lasts

I dint do owt wi it last nite, weathers looking pretty crap today but mite do summat until it rains
