Battered engine anyone?

Just been told by an engine boring company that my AGG 2.0 block is pants  :cry:   And i'm looking at around £600 to make it a good un :doh:  :boohoo:

So i'm on the hunt again, anyone know of a decent 2.0 block that I can have?

We have a 2.0 8v engine if thts any goo a mk2 £80

There was an Audi 3a block for sale on here a bit back, though I don't think it had the oil cooler housing with it.

If I ever do anything to mine engine wise I'll go for a 3a block, G-ride did a really nice 3a conversion on his Rivage:
