avo coilovers

Does anyone else find avo coilovers absolutely rock solid? car crashes over even the smallest bump! Ive got them wound up right to the top and on the softeset rebound setting but still too hard for my liking.. I suppose its just the firmer spring rate and Ill have to accept the fact Im just getting old, does anyone know of other makes that arent quite as hardcore?

I find that all the coilovers are like that, I had FK ones and removed them because of them being so bumpy. Had some other cheep ones (already on the car when I got it) they were even worse, so I removed them too. Howerver people say if you wind them right down they get softer???

I just use eibach springs and bilstein shocks on both of my cars  8)

i have a mk1 16v tintop, it came wi coilovers, took them off with in 3 days they did my head in to hard

ta chaps, only had the car a week, reckon Ill put them on ebay and go for the tried and tested eibach/koni combination. Ive tried them at all ride heights and theyre way too hard unless your on a race track. Dont know how people drive round so low, its not for me anyway!
