I used to have a Scorpion stainless system on my Corrado, which was lowered on an adjustable Koni kit. This of course reduces the gap between the torsion beam and the floorpan making it tighter for a larger system to feed through. The extra weight of the stainless system in time stretched the rubber hangers causing the exhaust to sag and bang on the torsion beam. Therefore I was regularly renewing the rubber hangers.

system is 2.5 and the 4 branch 2.25
think i going to get the aluminised system that the same company sells

They usually come with a reducer but not sure you would need one. I have a standard set of downpipes and didn't need to use it. I'd asssumed it was for use with smaller engined cars. :dontknow:

The 2.5 aluminized system has an 70/90mm oval tailpipe.
If the reply i get is good then i'll order the 2.5 today so it'll be here ready for the 16v swap sometime next week
