any one in to thr rat look

[ size=18]hi there is there any one on here thats in to the rat look and do the rat look get welcome in to shows or is it for the strat and narrow
relly what a set of mk1 golt inner metal bummpers thinking about just jet washing them off then painting them in pva glue lots of it to give a rat look but  a smothe finish what u think will it work

i personally like a rat look but it has to be naturally and not forced

I guess mine is inadvertently, rat look now. Bits of the paintwork are the original black (which needs a respray) and other bits were rusty but now repaired, and as a temporary measure I've sprayed those with matt black (I did buy a can of gloss black, but it quickly ran out). And I've not cleaned it for a while. And I work on a farm.

So, mine is genuine "Rat look", as are a number of others on the site. When I went to shows I got fed up of rows of shiny cars, much prefer the money to be spent under the bonnet. Anyone who's seen how fast my car is, will know what I mean there.

We welcome ALL Mk1 Golfs on club stands in any condition standard or otherwise the only stipulation is Paid club members get the first shout on a place on a stand and its always on a 1st come first server basis and never on quality and condition of car unless the show stipulates that they have to be of a certain standard like Ultimate Dubs.
