Alarm system

hey guys. not been on here for months and i have nearly finished my project. been driving it around for a while now and just starting to worry bout having no alarm. it is a cabby and was wondering if anybody recently had an alarm fitted or any ideas on which alarm out there is the best.

I've just booked these for wed. not sure if there good or not but with thatcham 1 alarm plus remote locking…  whoop woo 8)

Fitted a Toad Ai606. Very good. Works electric windows, central locking, remote boot pop, lots of other features too.

Cat 1. Got from Southern Car Security (Miguel) on Ebay.

I fitted mine myself which was easier than I thought but they install too if needed.

thanks for that. have actually been looking at that toad alarm. It looks good value for money.  Is it true that unless fitted by them or qualified alarm fitted it is not covered for insurance?
