4 lamp to 2 lamp

Hi guys i was thinking of converting my 4 headlamp gti cabby to 2 lamps, how do u get around main beam? Thanks for any help

i did the swap last year and im embarrased to say i cant actualy remember! i like it though looks better imo asfar as i can remember i just unplugged them!

You already have main and dipped on the outer lights.
The inner ones either come on as additional main beam lighting or as fog lights depending onthe type of spot fitted.

Yep,just unplug the connectors and tie them out of the way.

You still have main beam but its just not as bright

Thanks for help chaps, what happened is that yesterday i put a 4 lamp debadged grill on and the inner main beam lamps  wont hold in tight the plastic clips that hold them keep popping out anyone else had this problem and did u sort it out thanks chaps
