www.Volksdepot.co.uk - take £££ and dont deliver goods

Hi peeps,

Im not one to slate people or companies but i purchased our club clothing from Volksdepot.co.uk on 7th June and have still not recieved them.
I have called emailed and still call daily but to no avail. I have opened a dispute on paypal and they still havent got back to me.

I was wondering if anyone else has or is having this problem??? Or does anyone know who these people are and do they have a base???

What else can i do

I'm interrupting the match for this as my experience with Volks is second to none!

If you have an issue I suggest you give them a little more time, I will attempt to contact them for you and see if anything has gone wrong with your order.

scott from volks depo has had a major problem with there machinary as it broke and they were waiting on a spare part to come from china

i think this is fixed so they must be clearing the back log

i have order things and had a brilliant service

so be patient they will sort it out

just think it would be nice if they would of let me know that they had problems, then i would know what is going on. Many thanks for helping out on this one :-)
