Latest Evo Mag - Mk 1 GTI
It looked great, but didn't win the best hot hatch ever. Shame

Can't believe peugeots or renaults !!!!! The french make such badly engineered cars that are a right misson to work on yourself and have horrendous electrics.

I don't know who'c GTi it was in EVO but it looked like a nice example. I wasn't expecting it to win, manufacturers have had many years to refine the GTI concept, but let's not forget the GTI was the car that really got hot hatch's started and made the EVo article possible in the first place

Either there's something wrong with my computer, or I'm missing something here. Has anyone seen the latest edition of Evo. Nice 1984 Mk 1 GTI. Apparently it could do with some new shockers though!

I think that he deserves another chance..I really admired that, however it trully didn'twin the best hatch..Maybe next time we'll just be surprise that he aimed victory already..Who knows, right?
