English version of fraggle rock, (shush i like it ok,)

Was watching it with my little 'un yesterday and one episode has "uncle travelling matt" hanging around a traffic warden.  He clamps a series 2 3 door, gives a ticket to a mk3 escort and then argues with a women in front of a sierra i think. Behind the sierra appears to be the back end of a series 1.

Theres also a mk2 passat on the road and a fair few others.  I recon that episode dates to about 83ish i think, as the sierra looks used but new and they came out in 82 I believe?

Theres a couple of episodes where they're out and about around london in the early 80's and theres usually at least one golf.

And of course it's fraggle rock, the best kids show ever made!!!!
