Bbc2 after top gear

Bbc visit to wolfsburg mostly beetles some golfs. On telly now

Got it on Sky+ for tomorrow as the Oracle wants to watch something else

Same, the mrs has insisted on some white queen or something, not impressed!

ive watched half of it going to watch the rest tonight, just made me even more mad i had to miss germany trip cos of my back op, grrrrr  

We currently have some German Students staying with us.  One of them decided to stay up and watch the documentary with us.  It started off showing pictures off Wolfsburg at the end of the 2nd World War and mentioning Hitler, Nazis and the like.  Then whenever the presenter mentioned the Germans, he said it with a tone of voice that sounded like they were "The Dark Side".  A little uncomfortable!

Anyway there was quite a bit about the mk1 with some footage of Mk1s being built and period commercials.  Definitely worth watching if you haven't seen it yet.

Watched it ! My car has been all the way to the VW Factory   and I went up the tower

Let's hope the next MK1 German trip takes in Wolfsburg as part of the itinerary. Would love to go there

Germany trip was awesome wanna go back…. not sure I could do all that motorway driving tho I might need a co driver
