WANTED - Mk1 Golf GTI Instrument cluster with mfa

Hi, as above I'm looking for a working mk1 golf gti instrument cluster with mfa to replace mine on my 83 tin top, which is damaged.

Mine is motometer but assume vdo will also plug in the same.

Is it damaged beyond repair? I'm sure some there a few places that can repair them. How bad is it?

Without wishing to turn the classifieds into a chatroom, basically it all worked except the mfa screen.

So I bought a new screen and contacts from Alisdair who sells them, but in the process of changing and testing that the instrument cluster shorted against the metal part or the dash and with a puff on smoke it blew the voltage reg, and two other 'pins' (shown in picture pre blow).

So we managed to replace the voltage reg, some other wires and the blown fuel relay so everything now works except the oil light. And we think its related to the pins circled but can't findany wiring diagrams to see how tgat oil light works (other than the obvious)..

And just to make it even more fun, the mfa screen still doesn't work!…

No longer required. Got mine fixed. Cheers
