where do i stand legally??

hi

i got the insurance for my cab and i pay monthly, thing is i now want to add a few mods, coilovers and ats cups and i've got a feeling that my insurance company don't insure modded cars.

so what can i/do i do?

can i cancel my policy with no ectra payments and go with someone else who does do mods?

or am i now tied in with them for the length of the policy, so can't do any mods?

i know i should of read up on the insurance before taking it  u live and learn

If you pay monthly you should be able to cancel the policy if you are over certain number of months into it

I'd check the small print if I were you.

If you're paying in monthly installments your insurance company may have sorted the finance for you through a loan company so you may have two contracts.  Check all your insurance documents if you still have them.  The insurance company may let you give a months notice to cancel but the loan company may charge a cancellation fee.
