What should i do?
right i have a slight dilema about what to do with my car insurance.
i am 21 with one years no claims, one rear end shunt not my fault other than that a clean licence.
i am looking to insure my mk1 golf cab gti 1989, with leather & alloys declaired
the best fully comp quote i recived was ?900 but this was not guarenteed price o book price for this car if wrote off would be ?500 - ?600 am i right????????
so looked at guarenteed price and the best price i got was with Flux ?1378 with guarentted ?3k for the car
so my dilema was should i pay the extra ?500 or should i take the risk?????
but then i thought about TPFT which i can get for ?600
the pro to this is, ?300 less per year to the non guarentted quote, lower excess and so if i wrote the car off with it being TPFT id end up spending the same amount as i would being fully comp, what with spending ?300 more and the extra ?300 excess
so i have a crazy dilema and just wanted to know what you chaps would do or recommend
thanks
