value my car for insurance please

hi all,

my insurance is coming up and ive changed cars and am going with an agreed value policy this year.
Could you please help value for car for insurance purposes please? If i was to ever loose it no money could replace it but i would need to find another one and i know good ones are getting hard to find.

So anyway, he she is:







It is a 1990 golf gti cabriolet with FSH, 131'000 miles, bodykit, grey hood and BBS alloys. The colour is aprently sapphire metallic. Body wise there is no rust that i can see (thats not to say theres none under the arches) but its very clean. Engine wise it runs well, starts on the button and is always serviced and well mantained.

For cars under ?10,000 I think insurers will accept your own estimation of the value.
