hi every one, just thought i would add some well good news for me about insurance, everyone i knew said i couldn't get classic car insurance (i've just turned 21) but i went on money super market and found lancaster to be to be 383 for the year,, was bang on condisering that the cheapest i could find was 1380, massive difference really, car is a mk1 gl auto, how can something like that be so expensive!! i do have 6 points mind!! but anyway give them a try if ya over 21, might be suprised

Fair play mate, make sure you check all the terms like excess, protected no claims, breakdown cover, limited mileage etc, etc.

I got some insurance from Adrian Flux the other day and it was half that quoted by Footman James. Thing is different companies can specialise in different types of car and driver demographics. You just gotta phone around and try them out. The discounts offered on here to full members help a lot as well!
