Non Fault Claims

Hi Mod's thought maybe this could be made a sticky?

Ive noticed, and unfortunately its inevitable, that there are often posts regarding crash damage that is often not the mk1 owners fault.

Basically i have used in the past a company called Kindertons and thier Bristol branch which concentrate on innocent parties involved in RTA's.

A friend of mine is an independent vehicle inspector and is often used by Kindertons to inspect insurance claims etc, he advised them and they did a fantastic job for me and a friend.

My girlfriends corsa had got hit by a bus, and rather then have to mess around filing in forms and speaking to the bus company insurance we used Kindertons. They sent an inspector round, he valued car, we also gave 5 adverts with cars of simmilar mileage and condition and basically Kindertons just battled it out with the other insurers till we got the money we wanted for car. They also provided the courtesy car and covered any other costs incurred and then just added it onto the claim to the other insurance company


There is no fee and saved a lot of hassle, thought it may help some of the guys get the true price thier golfs are worth
