considering putting a 20vt in my clipper, any ideas how much this will affect my insurance and do i need an engineers report for insurance purposes?

I'm not sure but speak to HIC insurance. They will charge you for a standard car, then if you double power, they double the premium… I think theres lots about it on edition38.
