Makes a nice change

Not been totally with-it recently and have lost my Insurance certificate  :doh:

Called F-J yesterday to ask for a new one and was expecting the normal - oh that will be ?15 to cover admin bla, bla, bla. But no it was free and they are posting it out asap. Really unexpected as a certain Norfolk insurer would have deffo charged for that.
So half the price of last years premium and good service too. :y:
