LANCASTER INSURANCE (HMMMNN)

well i wont be using em again!!!!

i had a gti cabrio with them as they give me a fair qoute, but then i took it off the road for a while,to tidy it up abit 8) ,but i managed to get another cabrio  8)  to run around this time it was only a 1.5 but they charged me ?30 to do this  :evil: , but i thought hey just an admin charge.

Then last month i tried to put my gti back on but they wanted an extra ?180  8O   :evil:  and the reason behind this was ''well sir you are upgrading to a gti'' so i tried and tried to explain to them that i started off with a gti but they were not interested so i told em to poke it  

but guess what conviently they havent recieved 2 yes 2 cancelation letters,and are now trying to bill me for missed payments as i cancelled the direct debits!!!!!!
