For any of you who havent heard of this insurance company you ahould give them a try.

I have just had a quote for 1991 clipper and got it for ?250 fully comp and thats with a second driver and the legal bits and pieces. Excess is ?200.

Have you tried RAC i know it sounds stupid but they do classic car ins as well.

I got qouted ?212 fully comp with a ?4000 agreed value

Im 29 full no claims but i have 1 accident and 1 sp30(both in my van)

As the Clipper is one of my second cars and not an everyday car I find that insurance companies do not take your everyday car into consideration and quote you on no no claims.

I have nearly 10 years and found that performance direct take this into consideration.

I'm not sure that Norwich Union do as I have tried them before - I know they would if my everyday car was insured with them but they didnt quote me happy on that one  :mrgreen:
