insurance for an oldie !!!

hi,
was wondering if anyone could suggest an insurance company for me.
im currently insured under my husbands insurance as a second driver, but we have seperated and i need to go it alone now !!
thing is i only passed my test a year ago and im 38, yes i know i left it late !!!!
when i had my provisional it cost nothing extra to go on the insurance and when i passed it only cost an extra ?33 that was with AXA  who no longer do insurance they have passed over to RAC
so was just wondering whether anyone could suggest a company.

Try a classic car insurer I use Footman James, they understand older car insurance and agreed values.
I have made a claim also and they were briliant.

PS I'm 33  :wink:

Try CIS theyve just done me cracking deal, you could also try some of the women only insurers but it depends how old your car cos some of them wouldnt even quote me as the car was over 20 years old.

sorted out my insurance at last!!  cheapest way was to go as a named driver , as it only cost an extra ?50 a year !!   COOL   8)
