Insurance Advice and dilemma!
I have a bit of a dilemma where my circumstances have changed and I no longer require a daily drive. I understand that after 2 years I will lose my full no claims as I don't have a primary vehicle to insure.
Now this leads me on to my project car. I was anticipating putting this on a classic policy but am I correct in thinking that I need to be insured on another vehicle? Im currently a named driver on my partners policy does this count towards being insured on a primary vehicle?
Finally do many classic policies allow modifications? If not I might have to find away of retaining my full ncb.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Cheers
Rich

I used to insure my mk2 on a classic and named driver on my missus car.
Yes mods are ok with classic policies, try Peter Best for a price.
