Footman James say no discount for Owners' Club member ?

Just rang Footman James to renew my policy.  Have been with them for 3 years.  They say that they have no record of a discount for MK1 Owners' Club members ????  I quoted the reference as detailed in my membership pack but still not joy ?  Anyone else had the same problem ?

All sorted now - called back later on and spoke to someone different who agreed to give the discount.

Me too. I saw it earlier in the day. Realistically, its only Dubboy who could do anything useful, he manages the relationship with Footman James.

The good thing is that the discount on my insurance more than covers my annual memebrship of the club
