Adrian Flux need to move with the times, I now have 2 classics and a daily

Mk1 Cabby GTI
Mk1 campaign
mk4 GTi my daily

history lesson here standby

I 1st had a renewal quote from the flux for the cabby which has mods bored out to 1.9 stainless exhaust induction kit etc
this was in June ?305ish

went to footman James they quoted me ?256
went back to flux improved there quote and got it to about the same as James
I decided to stay with Flux so save hassle and cancelled James

Now i have just bought the campaign and the insurance is up on the mk4 in a few weeks too so I thought it would be a good idea to have a multi car policy

as im with the flux i rang to get a quote " sorry sir we dont do multi car" :cry:
and quoted me ?140ish on the campaign 3000 miles only
so thats ?256 cabby 5000miles only
and     ?140 campaign = ?396 for the classics
if i stay with current insure with the Mk4 im looking at about ?350ish as i only have 1 yrs NCB on that policy
total =?746 ish for the 3 cars

rang Footman James asked about multi car policy " oh yes sir would be a pleasure" , told them about the mods on the cabby and it put an extra ?5 on the policy  

so here is the deal

all 3 cars fully comp with wife as named drive (not on any of the flux quotes as last time i did it bumped it up a lot because a tree hit her car 2 yrs ago)

NO limit to millage on the classics  
 Business miles on the Mk4
Breakdown cover and European cover as well
All legal costs covered etc
 Total cost = ?485.34p thats a saving of ?260.66
with NO limits on miles which is a massive bonus (dont have to keep looking at the clocks)

come on Flux your being left behind by the footman so use the capacitor and get back to the future

Does not having a multi-car policy, basically mean Footman James will pretty much ALWAYS beat Adrian Flux, if >2 cars need insuring? And probably, if >1 car is to go on the same policy?

Flux couldn't beat anything for me that Footman quoted.

Multicar - Obvious answer - see above!!  :roll:
Classic - about 290 more!
Non classic - I won't go into the battle I had with the pushy little salesman on the phone!
