Drivers under 30 with modifications

Vehicle is MK1 Cab 1989 with MK2 16V Engine and a few other mods
I'm 25, 3 Years No Claims, 1 Accident

Just phoned round for a classic policy:

Peter Best - Won't Insure
Footman James - Will only insure on Classic if Age > 30
HIC - Yes cheapest so far
Adrian Flux - Yes second cheapest
Heritage - Yes but expensive in comparision
