Window Regulator - Which grease to use

Thanks for the reply. I tried some 3in1 prior to this post which I've found really good in the past but the window is still a little stiff going up and down on this occasion. Maybe a slight dirt build up in the regulator but I'm trying to do without taking all the glass and regulator out so hoping some grease will help

High temp axle grease works.
Oil don't have a durability as it will eventually dripe out, Grease doesn't ….

White grease works as well.

What do Divorces, Great Coffee, and Car Electrics all have in common?

They all start with GOOD Grounds.

Be sure that you grease the slides where the Mechanism moves about when the window arm are, that is the nylon glides move as well as the geared crank teeth and the gear.

Getting a children's dosing syringe, and filling that with the grease allows you to be specific in where you apply without slathering it about as well as getting it inside the gear housing.

Here is one that I have loaded with oil to spot lube things
