Which thermal switch?

I'm having a small leak from the thermal switch housing as seen on the photo, it's on a stock 1.6l 1976 Golf, engine code FP. Does anyone know if I can replace the whole housing and switches with a newer part? Looking at 7zap the part numbers are 056 919 369 B and 056 919 369, but I'm unable to find any info on them other than 25/30C on the bottom switch.

are you sure it isn't hte hose above it or the heater valve itself.

Yes the bottom switch is dripping slowly. I'm replacing all the hoses as well, so would like to replace the switches also
