Not sure about a part number, but its part of the vacuum system so will need replacing im afraid. Pretty sure vw heritage sell them new.

As above, it links into the vacuum system and the brake servo so I wouldn't drive without it fully operational.

servo vacuum pipe, non of the ones on Ebay seem correct though.

mk2 golf have that valve, with the extra fitting capped off. gettign it into the plastic hose though can be tricky, hot water and effort will get it in there eventually. ideally try to find a complete pipe much easier
