What is this clip?

I’m building up my cabrio doors following a repaint, and I found this clip in the bottom of one of the doors…
I don’t recognise it, does anyone know what it is and where it goes?

Reminds me of a window glide that fell off the rail

I would go with that Briano, I just can't see where it could go…. I found one in the bottom of the other door too!

I think it is the anti vibration thing where it stops metals from hitting each other see number 23.

That looks like it's most probably it….

I do like to have every little thing in its place when fitting up, my theory is VW wouldn't design, engineer and build These odd little bits without good reason…
