Weber carburettor

Hello All My first of no doubt many questions, I have a 1983 Mk1 GL 1.5 Karman 87000miles with a Weber 36tlp manual choke carburettor. It Hard to start reves jump all over the place on choke until its warm then it ticks over no problem will service kit sort this out? If so any recommendations to a service kit supplier Thanks Paul

The idea of the manual chole set up is you manually pull and push the choke in and out to adjust/control the revs.

Should pull out and fire up from cold and then slowly keep shoving it in keeping revs 1000+ until warm
