Webber carb

Hi guys, I've fitted a new carburettor repair  kit due to having a gasket leak on my Webber 32/34 dmtl, replaced gaskets, small filter on fuel inlet and the the two small vacuum units, whilst giving everything a good clean and setting float bowl height. On starting the car afterwards I tried to adjust the mixture and idle screws to get it running a little better than it was,( bad mistake cause I can't get it running at all now) I've had carb on and off trying different things but with no luck,I had it running the best it's been ever for 30mins,but all of a sudden it just cuts out when I rev it(like it's bogging down)the things I have done  are has follows.
- timing set
- new filler neck and tank clean with fuel line blown through.
-new leads and distributor& dizzy cap, spark plugs cleaned.
- fuel pump and inline fuel filter.
-new carb mount flange (nice tight fit with no leaks.)
Now I'm stuck with what to do next.
Any help or advise please guys?

I realise there is no answer to my question and it's just a case of trying anything, well I've found out carbs are so sensitive, turns out it was just getting float needle and bowls set right
