Should it be black
Think it's a yes or no answer 😄
The two vertical support sections on that front panel - should these be black satin rather than body colour ?

Yes, satin/mat black. Also the interior lower corners of the windscreen surround.
Will really stickout like a sore thumb on a white car.
You often see cars being touted as original untouched never been damaged/resprayed and the support is like its in flashing dayglo orange.

So glad I read this before I start putting mine back together again. It's already white but never taken any notice. Will be back to satin black then
Thanks

Wise words Paceman 😄
Getting everything ready to put engine & box in next couple of weeks as most other things all ready now.
Just finishing off painting the engine bay to get it ready and dawned on me about the blacking as I'd read somewhere in the past they were blacked.

On all 4 of my cabbies, that is 2 triple white a blue and a green, the vertical uprights on them were all painted satin black.

I have had mine painted satin black even though I've had the shell resprayed in a dark (Atlas) Grey
