Horn contacts needed

Does anyone know anywhere that sells contacts for the four push steering wheel horn for my 1982 GTi steering wheel?

Just to clarify its the little contacts in the steering wheel buttons

I'd seen them but mines in the steering wheel and the push buttons are separate. It's a 1982 1.6 GTi unsure if they changed them at some point

Is it definitely the contacts? The earth that comes off the steering column can cause the horn to not work if it's not grounded properly? 

Aye the contacts have dropped to bits haha had a bit of corrosion on them unfortunately. Worst case I could try soldering a wire to it but would rather buy some new ones if possible
