Underneath fuel pump fitting

layout for fuel pump and system parts
Does anyone know how the fuel pump and other bits fit underneath the back of the car i can work out the fuel pump goes in the rubber casing but i have another 2 parts which when i brought the car were all just hanging below the car.
I have a 87 gti cabrolete with ktronic fuel system.
