2.0 AGG bottom end conversion problems

Hi everyone,
where to begin? Ill keep it short. Ive just done the 2.0 bottom end conversion. Blanked the breathers, made the distributer ring etc moved the WUR. Using the mk1 head. I had to change the distributer plug to the square type as my one was slightly curved at the ends and didnt fit. Went to start it for the first time today, getting a good spark but no fuel. It now keeps blowing the 15 amp fuse for the fuel pump. The pump, pump relay are all fine. Wondered if anyone could shed some light on this?
