Please help with my wipers not working

I have a 1979 mk1 cab gls 

Got it running and sorted a fair few problems out on her. The biggest problem I have now is that the wipers don't work the motor is free and Unseized. I have power going to the wiper but it just doesn't work it's driving me crazy is there anyone out there that can help me please 

Jumper the motor to the battery to verify that it works.
Then suspect the Switch.
