I'm very very confused!
I have recently brought a Golf Mk1 Christmas Cabriolet, however with a lack of v5 (and it also being 6 weeks until they can deliver it) and limited knowledge on the Christmas Cabriolet model, I am unsure as to what the engine size of this model is. Would anyone be able to tell what size it could be. I have been on the DVLA website and it says its a 1.6 but then again it also says the car is blue which on one or two body panels it is and on the rest of the car it isn't and the engine bay is white.

I believe it should be the 1.8 fuel injection engine if it's a manual gearbox. Same as GTi cabriolet cars. Engine code is DX.

The trouble with doing nothing is that you never know when you are finished.
