I pick my Golf up on Sunday and can't wait!. It's been sat for a while so am going to do a major service on her to make sure she's s spot on. I was wondering where to buy a workshop manual for her. I have no knowledge of these cars but have done timing belts etc on others so can pick things up easily.
Not sure what engine type she has etc or if this matters.
Any help or pointers would be fantastic.
Looking forward to many happy years of motoring with her.

I have the Haynes and Chiltons, but I use the Chiltons mainly for the Privy.
Just to let you know, I used only a Haynes for the wrong years (bought 81 Golf Diesel LS, Haynes at the time went to 80) to repair my Diesel for over 20yrs and 330K plus miles or for you over a half a million kilometers.n
So Haynes is good, Bentley is the best.
What do Divorces, Great Coffee, and Car Electrics all have in common?
They all start with GOOD Grounds.
Where are my DIY Links?

wiring diagrams are great in both, obviously the bentley is more US specific so it wont be 100% correct on a euro spec. but then the haynes diagrams dont cover the very late models which have some subtle differences. nothing too earth shattering there though all the basics are covered.
