I guess you could fit a MFA instrument cluster but you will need the all the sensors, wiring loom and MFA wiper stalk. Your car would also need to be fuel injection as it won't work on a carburettor car.
What car do you have and why do you want a MFA?

I just seen that some cars had it and was just wondering what it took to have it but since it's only on a injection there's no point since I have a caddy 1.6(same as 1.6 driver engine)
Thanks for your knowledge

The oil temperature and out side temperature and possibly the average speed would work but the MPG would not as it uses the vacuum from an air intake on the inlet manifold to get its readings.
You could fit some VDO gauges if you want info like oil temperature and oil pressure as that's more straight forward..
