Paid membership not activated properly

My membership is paid and has been for some weeks but I cant acess certain areas of the site including discount codes

all I see is :

'thank you for your interest in becoming a paid member. With your membership you will get access to protected pages.
You will also help ensure that we continue to provide this great service'

any ideas? Admin?
