Rivage Heated seats

Hi , am working through a long list of issues to get my Rivage sorted and one the road once and for all. 

Neither heated seats are working even though there is power from the switch to the seats… I had a trimmer take the covers off today and it looks like the elements are goosed and need to be replaced.

Question is where to get a set? I can get aftermarket ones but they all seem to be on / off so won't work with the oem 5 stage switch, guess I'd have to hide a secondary switch somewhere? 

Anyone had this problem and solved it?

There is a online company that sells a variable heat element that you can trim with Scissors.
