Cabriolet swirl pot issue

Hi all!
I'm really struggling to find a new or second hand swirl pot for my 87 cabriolet gti. Does anyone know where to find one?

One of the inlets yo the swirl pot snapped off and proceeded to pee fuel all over the road so for temporary I have used some y pieces and got it all connected back up minus the swirl but now the car jumps down the road like your turning the key on and off, would this be the cause or something different??

Swirl pots are expensive for what they are.
This place showing out of stock but maybe send a email to see if they have a due date?

Don't hold your breath for a reply though, I'm still waiting for a answer on out of stock parts from 2 months ago!
