Flywheel markings

I think I've done everything right, just want to check!
1982 1.5 jb engine with weber carb.
I've lined all the markings on the pulleys.
Inside of camshaft pulley with top of valve cover.
Intermediate shaft pulley with crank shaft v belt pulley.
Turns over just fine.
Remove inspection plug, disconnect vacuum from dizzy.
Using timing light to adjust dizzy so the '0' lines up with marking on the inside of inspection hole.
Adjust idle screw to sit at 800rmp.
My only concern is that when I connect the vacuum back up the marking on the flywheel moves to the right and the large diamond marking lines up. Is that correct?

The (0) is TDC, the actual Diamond is 6btdc.  Which is optimal for the engine.

What do Divorces, Great Coffee, and Car Electrics all have in common?

They all start with GOOD Grounds.

Where are my DIY Links?

So with the vacuum disconnected am I aiming for tdc or btdc?

The way I have done it is when vacuum is disconnected it's a Tdc and when vacuum is connected back up it sits at btdc.
