Starts fine, drives and sometimes loses power when cold

Park up, try start and won't have it. Keep trying and it will start...
1.8 8v injection.
Doesn't seem to miss fire when running….
Can't work it out, changed spark plugs and fuel filter, exactly the same still.
Driving me insane
