Stalling/cutting out

My 1.8 GTi stalls/cuts out when I depress clutch or change down.

It's just had a service, and I've put a new fuel relay, ran fine since the work but decided to play silly buggers tonight, 2 weeks on.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance

With Covid 19 has it been parked up and have you recently put fresh fuel in?

Yea, but it's had a new fuel filter.

Check for Vacuum leaks on the rubber bits.
Sounds as if when you depress the clutch you are moving a vacuum hose.  Unmetered air is a killer on these little critters.

It sounds like (at least) its out of tune, if its stalling like that. Could be worse though eg vacuum leak.

Upgrade to silicone tubing if you you're still on the older braided stuff.
